The people near the tower can be seen, quite clearly, strolling for their lives in this dramatic, never-before-seen piece of previously unseen film.
Whether the people were volunteer government guinea pigs, or just innocent passers-by, has never been established. Certainly, no one has ever come forward with revelations concerning this remarkable photo.

The silence by the government over this picture has prompted suspicion that the large being is, in fact, a possible alien/human hybrid, created especially for helping to service UFOs and other alien craft before they actually land to invade the earth and enslave us all.
The tangible reticence by the government has also led to many unanswered questions, such as: what do the government know about the sightings of these huge beings all over the globe?
